STONEGATE PARKING
The Stonegate group is in process of creating a parking services division. We have recently acquired parking lots in several locations, including Sudbury, Burlington, Milton and Cambridge, Ontario. It is intended that over time, we gradually grow this part of our business, as we believe that parking lots create great opportunities for recurring revenues, together with the ability to hold land for long term development purposes. This combination can create significant annual returns with very modest risk.
