Stonegate Properties Inc. is partnered with Stonegate Mortgage Corporation, a syndicated mortgage fund that will finance first mortgages to an an absolute maximum of 65% of appraised value.

Created in 2006, Stonegate Mortgage Corporation offers existing partners and other investors the opportunity to participate in fully secured commercial first mortgages. These mortgages are primarily used to finance the purchase of additional holdings for the Stonegate Group of Companies.

Mortgage lending opportunities are also available on properties independent of Stonegate Properties Inc.

Partners and investors will be given the opportunity to structure their investment with the use of both RSP and general funds.
